About Me
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with two decades of experience creating impact and driving change in nonprofit management, youth outreach, and strategic program development. My passion is helping individuals and organizations navigate transitions, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful growth.
Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in strategic planning, partnership development, grant management, and program design. I have successfully led initiatives that expanded access to education, empowered vulnerable populations, and fostered community collaboration.
I launched my career by providing multisystemic family therapy, case management, and wraparound services to support young people facing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges. Building on this foundation, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and impact, designing solutions that drive long-term success.
